You Can Make PCP Changes in RPP for Your Clients
Did you know you can make primary care physician (PCP) changes on behalf of your clients through the Retail Producer Portal? You can also update certain contact information and generate member ID cards for them. Detailed instructions are available in the linked guide. If you’re not yet registered for an RPP account, the guide also includes step-by-step instructions for signing up.
