I have gone through the Individual tab of the portal, this is what I can identify.

I am working with BBSTX regarding the onboarding link, the previous one we had was through Susan and it has not yet been updated
We may want to mention the CMS requirement regarding the authorization form somewhere on this site.
Under Eligibility – I heard that the shortened OE won’t change until 2026 for the 2027 plan year. Need to update this.
Explain that if the prospect does not qualify for a subsidy, they can still purchase coverage off exchange at the full cost
- They can quote & enroll on Healthsherpa, be certain to indicate Off-Exchange on Healthsherpa
Under Post Approval
- Provider Confirmation – maybe we could indicate that the PCP selected can be change monthly should they not be happy with the PCP selected
Renewals
- Make certain that the plan the client is enrolled in is not being discontinued, if it is they do have to re-enroll
- For the 2026 plan year, 2025 OE, if the client has a $0 premium, they do have to update their income information
